Bayern blockiert weiterhin Cannabis Social Clubs (Anbau Vereine )

Germany has partially legalized cannabis and created the possibility of cannabis social clubs. However, in Bavaria, implementation is effectively being blocked: while a permit from the LGL is generally possible, building regulations — especially the “special-use area” requirement — often make it impossible to open suitable club premises.

There is another major issue: cannabis consumption is not allowed inside social clubs. For many people, this makes membership unattractive. As a result, there is very little interest in this model across Germany . Free the Ganja

Did hear of a town where they builded fast a playground near a soon to open social club, so it couldn't open, shoot me if I remember the town, but pretty sure it was Bavaria :face_with_peeking_eye:. In general it's a to strict policy , it feels not like a true legalisation, even 3 plants pro adult person is very controlled, the issues with clones , limited amount of harvest pro plant, basicly funny put,if it has 51 gram it's an illegal plant lol . Curious if it will progress or regress... To much attention on pharma, clubs and homegrow is kinda discriminated
