I started with nine 1/2in x 10’ pvc pipes, eight T-joints, eight 3-way corner joints, two rolls of 48" reflective house insulation, some foil vent tape, and a hot glue gun.
Cut the pipes down into Six 14” pieces, Four 36”, ten 45”, and Four 46”.Combine four of the 45" pipes with four of the 3-way corner joints and glue the insulation to the bottom to make the floor.
To make the roof, use all six of the 14" pipes, four of the 45" pipes, 4 T-joints, and 4 corner joints. Assemble to create a square with two parallel bars in the center, and attach the insulation to the top.
Create the sides by attaching the 46" to the 36" using a T-joint. Use the final two 45" to connect your sides into two “H” shapes. Attach your sides to the corner joints of the floor, then put your roof on top.
Add the reflective siding to the sides and the back.
Split a sheet of the siding in half to create the door. Attach with hot glue, and use magnetic tape to ensure the door stays closed.
Attach your lights to the extra bars on the roof, and you’re ready to grow.
Final dimensions are just below 48"x48"x84" (four square feet and seven feet tall.)
