Ganesh is from Nepal, he came to Taiwan 25-30 years ago, I don’t know the exact dates, but he has a Taiwanese son around 23 years old now and a 17 year old Taiwanese daughter from another mother. He came over because of his first wife Taiwanese he met in Nepal, he was working as English teacher, very loved by all the schools he worked at, he also had a company to do trade products from Nepal In Taiwan and he is also rapper, very known in the community, principally the OG people know him, he served Snoop Dog when he came over around 2010, at the time he had some plants, but it was not his full time job.
In 2018, a “friend” who asked him to teach him how to grow got caught, and to get less time he denounced Ganesh. I think that person got only two years, and Ganesh at the time got 7. But because he had money at the time for bail, he wrote a letter begging the Judge and they gave him bail to respond in freedom. He did all the courts, but when he was sentenced and he needed to go in, he didn’t show up, and they also didn’t make the effort to go after him.
In Taiwan when a serious crime happens they find the person really fast, but Ganesh poses no threat and I think they gave a chance him scape, many people has left the island by boat after convictions, but unfortunately the gangsters took advantage of him, enslaved him for 9 months until he managed to escape from them.
And after that he was without money, hard to be employed, had to financially support his mom and daughter, while wanting to make enough money to be able to go home, a very difficult situation.
I meet him during this time, I was the person got more closer to him and he open up to, I saw he has severe health issues, so I helped him find therapy, he needs to do a lot of spinal decompression, is not a easy issue to treat. At that time he was already having spasms every night and a lot of numbness, now what he is experiencing is very extreme, so much cruelty Taiwanese gaslighting his pain.
Many people are in worse conditions in prison, so who is he?? that is what they say.
We have all his exams documented and he recently went to the hospital, and it is all proven, the prison cannot provide none of the therapies he needs, because they cannot release a person before they fulfill half of the sentence, he must endure for years.
I saw many rich people in Taiwan when they had medical issues in prison, they came out very fast, but not sure what the price is, it must be super high. What is possible for him if we can get Nepal to ask for his deportation, maybe a prisoner exchange. Another possibility is a pardon from the president, or an extraordinary appeal with powerful lawyers.
The second time he was arrested, it was for the same reason, a “friend” got caught and to get less time denounced him. But this time was even worse. The guy from mexico got zero prison time, because he paid a huge fine, and they made it seem all his plants was from G, the prosecutor pressured Ganesh to say it was his with threats of making his sentence worse, just to free the other guy, the truth was, they were both running separate, Ganesh always worked alone, he was very protective of his plants, he was always praying with them, his Ganja was very special, grow with so much love, organic and with powerful medicinal properties that helped to relief his pain. They made it seem he was so rich in the news, but if he had that amount of money they valued the plants, he would already had left the Island. Ganesh is a responsible family person, very good neighbor, never missed his bills and always taking care of everyone, I believe he had a very strong spiritual protection that allow him to be on the run for so long, his mind was always when he will be able to come back to Nepal to see his mom. Before the arrests he always comes back. I felt in love with his character and Nepali life style, he was always making Nepali food, I appreciated so much every second we had together.
Unfortunately after I left to Brazil because I had complications when I got pregnant I needed my family’s help. We had issues in our relationship being long distanced and his situation so complicated it, so much pressure on him to provide and to hide, it affected his mental health so much, and I believe this influenced him lose his guard a bit, man some times let the ego too much in control, you know… but nevertheless, Ganesh is righteous man, I know his heart and intentions is pure, I saw his discipline and his moral, he is very respected everywhere he goes too, very powerful peaceful presence. I am 100% sure when he comes out he will do a lot of good things in the world, after he came out from prison he wanted to do this foundation, LoveUniversoul , I added the ONE later… He was always doing charity and taking care of animals, always cooking food, being so generous with his medicine, many people got help, I put my hand on fire for Ganesh, I know many people do too, but they are very scared, in Taiwan prosecutions has been hard.
The only people who can sell cannabis have to be part of the Taiwanese gangs that have protection, and he was doing it alone, he didn’t want to denounce anybody, so they pour all the blame on him. and Also the poor guy his friend, he sold some weed but was not that much I saw the values, just helping out other friends who wants the medicine, they painted like they were doing such huge operations, but that was not the true.. that guy doest even know how to grow, but he didn’t had a good lawyer and when he said the truth, they didn’t believe, the prosecutors got mad, they gave him 14 years… totally unreasonable, he was not able to communicate well, probably the trauma of being arrested.
They throw you to sleep in the floor for months, in a tiny sell full of people who kill, who rape… there are innocent people get arrested because law is so cruel, but there are people did lots of bad things, and everyone is treated the same, with a lot of punishement… they don’t care, unless you have money of course, then it is less bad.
When Ganesh got arrested again he had slept on the floor for 3 month with his spinal injury, that is why I have been going crazy, I know how horrible is what he is going through, so much pain, he reported to me every hour he wakes from the spams… he can only cope because of his connection to God and belief miracles will happen, many miracles happened before, in his life, and in mine too, so I think we have very strong chances to use our story to help a lot of people.
