Yes, in Germany, only the possession of small amounts of cannabis has been decriminalized. Cultivation without a permit and trafficking remain criminal offenses.
I once got busted with 2g they thought i had 100g or more due smell. ( was really feeling happy when lil bit homegrow smells thst strong , you know you doing it good )Im still listed and didnt get pardon since 2024 for 2grams !
Hence nobody will hire me for cannabis related jobs thou , not that i wonna work for pharma but must impact lot of people i assume …
