Not supercrop, lst. Plant clips are designed for limited stress training. Supercrop is HST . Hard stress training breaks the branch without tearing it open.
Not a fan of the clips. Plants grow into them and can tear the stem,. Then they become impossible to remove without damage. They are only effective in the short run. If the stems are brittle to start they will snap, tear open and kill the branch.. Too much work monitoring them. There are better LST training methods.
Supercrop is very effective at maintaining canopy and increasing yield.
Ja ich geb dir zum Teil recht super gropping ist eigentlich ohne diese clips aber ich breche die Zellstruktur der Stängel etwas durch reiben zwischen den Finger bis es leicht weich wird aber nicht brincht so lässt es sich gut Formen und Enzyme werden frei gesetzt die zu dickeren Blüten führen .Und mit den clips hatte ich nie Probleme sie werden erst nach dem trocknen entfernt.
