Street Dealer Stuff Berlin

Good or evil? What do you think? Is it okay for people who otherwise have no way to earn money to sell hashish and weed in the park, or is it reprehensible?

If it's just a poor guy trying to feed his family I'm ok but if it's a lowlife connected to violence or weapons/trafficking

I'm not supportive

I would prefer buying from someone i know or a dispensary

Is it good shit ?

As long as they stay within the law and don't draw attention to themselves why not. Probably fade away when Germany gets commercial weed shops.

On the other hand if the seller is doing it to feed a tranq or fentynal addiction, why the hell is the buyer in that neighborhood!

Means if a guy down on luck is selling to keep alive, then fine

If selling to feed an addiction like a fentynal zombie why support them. Can't make it any clearer Werner!

The first time I ever buyed hash from a street dealer was over 30 years ago and I was between 7 and 8 years old. Me and a Mexican friend of me of the same age we wanted to grab the attention of his older sister and another girl friend of her. They was older, maybe around 14/16 years old, if able to prove them that we was enough grown up we wanted them to teach us some magic to understand the universe. My friend sister was a respected witch, expert on the ghosts invocations and "tabla" also I see called Oijua. So we had an idea to offer them some hash to smoke.

Rapallo is a small city of Italy on the sea side and I was guests of my friend grandmother. We collected 20.000 lire (about 20 euros in our days) and we whent near the train station where was a street dealer from Morocco. At the begin he didn't want to sell anything to us because we was too young. But we insisted, was not the first time we smoke, and at the end he give us a small piece of hash that he easily cutted out from a bigger block with his nail, surely less than half gram.

Despite the small amount for the high price we was very happy and returned home.

We smoked and offered that smoke to the girls and to the spirits and we received some sweetness and had one of the most scary and significant séance of our lives to the point that we have promised not to use the tabla anymore as this ghosts they get attached to you and is hard to get rid of them.

Now I told all this to say that I'm very grateful to Street dealers, even I don't like them all time, and I don't care if they use other drugs or they don't. I cannot fully understand your hate here towards drugs users.

What exactly is the problem with a person who use any drug including heavy ones? I don't think that are the drug users to be blamed in our society, definetly if is some hate we need to spread I'll look up to other categories.. the only hate that the heavy drugs users may receive is to be connected to those groups because the heavy drugs comes from the police not the regular people.

Street hash, it may also come from organized crime alias police and government , if possible try to buy from small people that does by their own is better and with a little experience you can recognize who is who (and maybe I agree on that, heavy drug users them support the police so they are dark and not trustable better don't buy from them)

And even is a bit out of topic I like to live here my stand: "aren't the drug users the problem of society, but those who are responsables of the war of drugs"

Drugs are problematic because of prohibitions not the other way around :raising_hands:

I hear you Lorenzo. I don't hate though! Yes the makers and weight dealers prey on the addicts. The drug zombies can't blame anyone but themselves. They forsake everything chasing the high.

I don't feel sorry or pity them. Never bought street drugs in 60 years. I sold to the dealers who sold to the street people.

I've been strung out but never allowed myself to land up in the streets. During that time in my life I used armed violence to get money for my dope.

That's my opinion and I stand by it. I am done with this topic. I don't want those type people in my life.

Yes, I understand your point. I also not a big fan of heavy drugs users and violence  I think nobody is, it will be hard to be. I personally have problems with weaponized people in general and I can see the direct link heavy drugs / weapons and violence so of course better don't support them and to stay away also is a self safety measure.

Europe is not so hardcore as the US and to buy some hash from a street dealer can lead to small problems, like lose the money or being arrested, generally not too dangerous but after some years as volunteer in a drugs reductions association where we was testing substances for free I also prefer stay away from anything that I can't trace and trust the source.

All over the world leaders have taken the stance "let them kill themselves." Buying a piece of hash from some guy in a park is a long way from a zombie zone.

I know.. I have seen some of those videos .. but everytime I see them I can't stop thinking that are the American secret services (also not very secret anymore) that make that disaster possible..

Just legalize all drugs, give economical and psychological support to those affected and that zombies show will be gone in less than few years

But they don't want it to be gone .. so for me the true zombies are the billionaires, the weapons producers, the warlords..

If I have to choose to stay a day with some wall street wolf or any other of that kind I rather spend my day with the Fen people

For me is so sad that we do not have the right to use drugs in safe and clean environments. That's why I also consider wrong the greedy and the too much rich. They have the power to make resources avaiables and instead they lock themselves on cages of fear that ruin the peace of the planet.

The biggest problem is prohibition, thats what makes drugs so dark

I think it's better if someone sells hash to support their addiction than if they steal to get it

As long as it's good shit :joy: i don't like bad hash:nauseated_face:

Had awesome hash in Antwerp back in the days, fresh from Morocco ! Sticky topnotch, lighter was never required as long as piece was kept in pocket . There is a lot of CBD hash being handled with synthetics nowadays in Europe

There is no incentive to seek any therapeutic treatment if all drugs are decriminalized. In the US, Oregon did it.

If people want to kill themselves with drugs, it doesn't effect me. In the 70s I went through the whole addiction, longterm rehab world. I did learn how to beat the mental part of withdraw and that makes the physical pretty easy to get past.

I'm content growing my weed living rural in the mountains far from cities. I just don't want to be around it

I made a short research. Oregon has never legalized all drugs. They just have decriminalized personal possession and this was done without any economic/social support, educational path (like for example get for free the drugs from a specialist like they do in Portugal or Switzerland), and even that was a 3 year long experiment (very short time!)

Sorry that is not what I mean by ending the war on drugs.

Decriminalization is okay, but not enough. In particular for places where the problematic is endemic heavy drugs users they need long term support to exit the problem, or if they choose never exit be respected on their choice and be provided of pure , safe and controlled substances for free or for a reasonable price that they can afford, in safe environments followed by loving people that is also expert on medicine, psychology, and not last: sincerely open to learn from them.

Heavy and chemichals drugs they kill less than car or guns or junk food.. and they are not a problem for society as long society tribute respect and gives support to those who are experimenting with. And of course, we all agree, if you don't use them at all is much better.

Correct decriminalization from '21 to '24 and civil fine not criminal. Was reversed because of public concern and lack of treatment facilities.

2924 Political Reversal: Lawmakers voted to repeal the core parts of the decriminalization

Misdemeanor Charges: Personal possession of small amounts of illicit drugs is once again a misdemeanor crime punishable by up to six months in jail.

Deflection Programs: The new system allows police to direct people into voluntary health and treatment programs instead of arresting them immediately.

Yes, is indeed a complex situation that requieres different approaches and strategies on place to be efficient and not every country has the same problematics.

For example Thailand in 2022 has fully decriminalized all natural plants and mushrooms removing them from the narcotic list.

Even the newspaper didn't talk about it much, that year Thailand has also decriminalized personal possession of all substances including heavy drugs and synthetic (even allowed quantities are very low , just monodose).

Here in Thailand this approach have worked and they have reduced the emergency situations connected with Heroin, Yaba (amphetamine), and Alchool considerably.

They did not open any , medical center or they did not offered any service of the kind but they literally flooded the nation with ganja.

You can get ganja everywhere in Thailand at any price even for free is not hard to find. So here it worked, I believe beacause they freed and made available and easy to reach : Ganja, Kratom and not impossible to find (even not legal to sell) mushrooms.

In Oregon seems they had endemic problems with Fen that is the same if not worse than Heroin.

Is very complex addiction that as you can see on that video combined to poverty make the issue hard to be fixed and even perceived as dangerous by regular people.

Now also Oregon also has freed the cannabis, so that is good and probably helps, but they have some problems of poverty and violence that Thailand do not have (I know, it feels like a kick in the stomach but quality life in Thailand is more equally distributed compared to the USA and even the poor here they feel less poor and upset than there) and my personal take is also that in Oregon some dark "war on drugs" forces have invested resources to make that experiment to fail because the war on drugs is a very successful economy model of the whole Nation they finance so many things thanks to it.. (now that they are illegal again the problem is fixed? Probably not, but the cost for the tax payers is surely higher as you have to keep caged so many people for a crime that is not a crime: personal use of substances)

When we think that is not about limited freedom, poverty and ignorance but are drugs the problem, let's bring the memory back a century before the time the war on drugs has begun. Were drugs such a big problem back then?
