Amelia haze Hashplant #1

Aloha & interesting to see a broad leafed Haze. The Original Haze David Watson (Sam the Skunkman) RIP gifted to us all in 1985 had narrow leaves like the Columbian , Mexican, Panama and Thai genetics.

Yes also I was thinking that Haze are thin leaves with double serration leaves. So later my believe have been debunked and the double serration seems not to be a necessary trait. I also have seen other brad leaves be called Haze. So I guess the name Haze is Hazing :raising_hands:

I like to discuss better what is a Haze from anybody prospective, I think is very interesting topic

Hahah Yh ur absolutely right prem.

Where I live in Germany the Haze variety is super Common on the black market. Must be allready for decades.

It’s a Sativa or Sativa-hybrid with strong head high and a characteristic terpene Profile, very different from the american terps. It’s the most classical aroma of oldschool (OG:face_with_tongue:) ‚European’ Sativa. Very sharp Beta-caryophlene with more or less limonene, pinene and most dominantly the flowery signature of terpinolene. It’s different from the OG american sativas.

Haze allways smells like haze as kush allways has to smell like kush. So this Haze-Hashplant by name would be expected to flower a little longer then a 7-8 weeks hashplant, yield a lot more hash tho and will add terpinolene to the profile.

Back in the days Haze aswell simply meant topshelf, because you could choose from this or from some „Standard" Variety. Here it still is the prime example for when you speak of a sativa.

Last decade then slowly we got kushes and then also ‚Cali’ as terms and aromas into our Culture and blackmarket.

Haze still is the most dominant and stable product on the Blackmarket in Germany, but is unpopular by the growing community compared to modern varieties.

Yeah your are :100: correct. If you just grow the pure haze line, you will get the thin leaves with double serration leaves. Sliver haze#9 was just like that, then if you crossed to different type of strains then you will lose the thin leaves. I always use the genetic name in my crosse so, everyone know what is in the crosses. There are my Ribena haze
