You think is man made music or AI ? If AI I don’t believe too much. But man made with special frequencies maybe is true for indoors or ganja that otherwise grow in areas without the birds. In any case is very interesting topic.

Might be AI focusing on frequencies thought to benefit the plant. But I’m sure man made music could reach the same goal (if demonstrated scientifically), we all already heard about experienced gardeners observing a good influence of classical music over their plants. :wink:

I don’t know, how AI can make something that benefit the plants if it has no idea at all of what a plant is? AI has no life experiences as it is not alive.

Well imagine a study defining that plants respond to some frequencies (faster flowering, bigger yields etc.).
Then ask an AI to make some music using those frequencies.
I’m not pro AI at all, I’m sure it can be very useful in some fields but the general use and entrusting it for every single daily task is surely not a progress for the human mind, it’s already so obvious that they are studying it and have names for it: AI-Induced Stupidity or AI-Induced Cognitive Decline.

Well yeah, if the plants like it I surely do too.
A few years ago I saw a topic somewhere (Icmag ? Rollitup ? Thcfarmer ? can’t remember…) about classical music and cannabis.
Nice experiment, next time I grow in a tent I’ll “feed” it with some Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, Rameau… it can’t hurt them and I love it :slight_smile:

In Italy we have visit some vineyards where they do biodynamic agriculture and they positioned speakers all around to make the grape plants listening to Classical Music

This is so cool to see, i used to play reggae and hiphop for them and felt like it helped them

No I never was on seedheaven, but you’re right I had the same nickname on icmag (and fuckcombustion too I think) :wink:
Without going full hippy I do think plants are sensible to the good vibes in their environment (it may be stupid but I used to friendly pat my containers- smartpot and buckets- like my dog at the minimum it may have helped loosen the substrate :slight_smile: )
