Ganja is not a medicine - is a plant

Ganja is a plant. A plant that can be curative , a plant that can be used for make fuel, plastic, paper, food and medicines (an many more things)

But first of all is a plant
and a plant is a living being
Ganja Free!

Because of prohibitionism the last decades cannabis activism to leverage liberalization has used the slogan “Ganja is medicine” with the hope that if institutions where able to recognize the medical value of the Herb she would have been freed

But in our days , in those countries where ganja has been freed or legalized we are experiencing a new phenomena: because ganja has been recognized as medicine we can see many group of interest trying to monopolize and restrict cultivation, storage and distribution

I feel this is the biggest mistake of our time

If we really want to free humanity from the old stigmas and all the problems we are experiencing we need to take a next step: recognize that ganja is a plant, plants are living beings and because of that they have the right of existence

They can regulate the market for medical use, I agree. But they should not impose those rules to anybody else or we are going to lose the opportunity of enjoy the full potential of one of the best friend of humans: Ganja.

The over regulation of cannabis is causing quality to go down drastically and also sometimes try to keep it illegal for regular people to grow. It’s a lose lose lose just to guarantee a customer base. These companies streamline their process which lots of times leaves buds dry and tasteless for many reasons. I’ve had to aggressively tell people no when their product sucks because people want to make a buck that badly

Yes. Also some are forced to become like that because of the many expenses that are inflated by things that do not have anything to share with growing, like expensive licenses or expensive tools and facilities.Is probably a problem not only for the cannabis legal industry but also for other sectors when the legality instead of being a support , like the case of animal farming , private prisons , chemichals .. all them are supported by incentives.. when at the same time organic fresh vegetables and fruits are under heavy pressures extra taxes and extra costs so or they fail or they become a very small niche..
