Yesterday, our private and business premises were searched. Even though we work with cannabis-loving people and our business is officially registered, we received a visit from the police at 6 a.m. yesterday, and all our plants were confiscated, including plants from the greenhouses that aren’t cannabis, simply to harm us. They also took our cell phones and packaging materials… It’s terrible that even though it’s legalized, there are still judges and prosecutors who refuse to accept it and persecute you even if you’re a criminal…
Germany is so sick.
Because our cell phones were confiscated, we can’t work properly, and I can’t log in to Amazon or use the Amazon online shop. They’re trying to harm us here.
We are currently no longer allowed to produce clones in Germany and are now relocating our production to Austria and shipping directly to the customer from there.
What do you think of this? Is it fair? Why are farmers treated this way?

They allow there to have an army and nuclear energy that kill the people and the planet but not to grow herbs that heal the people and the planet. Is very shameful that a country that is supposed to be an example for the rest of the world is doing bad like this. What we can do for support you? I think we need to talk out this, those who did this must be considered criminals and they have to pay for their actions

Aloha & they left the pots so what we have done for over 50 years is keep doing what you feel like doing. In this situation grow sunflowers, zinnias, marigolds here in the U$$A Inc. with the Cannabis in oversupply cut flowers may be a better option in Germany. here in Hawaii we like growing Bees and exotic mushrooms too.
German Law is ridiculous and it's so embarrassing how they acted here..
Before we started our business (right after legalisation) we've checked everything with the regulatory agency. We've read the CanG (the german text of law) together and we've came to the conslusion with the head of the regulatory agency, that producing cuttings is not illegal. One of the policemen said that it's ok to produce cuttings for commercial purpose but the public prosecutor in charge can turn the law to his interpretation and opinion.
We will be going as public as possible and we've consulted the best lawyer here in Germany, he is specialized on cases like this.
I really appreciate that you would like to help us but at the moment i think there is no possibility.

As i replied to Prempavee: We are trying our best, with the best lawyer here in Germany.
We are also trying to get as much publicity as possible with the “Hanfverband”.
I can agree that the law here in germany is ridiculous, and the CanG is not precise enough to cancel the arbitrariness of the prosecutors.

Not to be pessimistic but u know your chances right? Commercial Cuttings are indeed regulated for Social Clubs and they only fit Social Clubs. That’s the Problem.
Vermutlich auch Präzedenzfall.. da ist Druck drauf.. Wunder passieren zwar, aber wenn ihr das schaffen solltet, dann hättet ihr ja damit quasi auch Freie Fahrt zum Privaten Stecklings Handel.. undzwar nicht nur für euch, sondern für alle geschaffen.

Je suis vraiment désolée d’apprendre ce qui vous est arrivé . Je suis française et j’auto cultive dans mon petit appartement suite à l’arrêt des fleurs à vaporiser dans l’experimentation française dans laquelle j’ai pu être incluse en mai 2021 pour des douleurs neuropathiques induites par laquelle prise de multiples traitements antiretroviraux contre le VIH et ce depuis 1996 ou les premieres thérapeutiques efficaces sont arrivés (annoncé en 1987).
