Hey wassup 
I got this Lemon Mandarin photoperiodic from Fastbuds and one head of it showed a mutation called fasciation 
Normally you don‘t really want that in your grow because the Buds are so dense and full with leaves that there is a high risk of mold. Also it doesn’t produce as much trichomes because it’s stacked with those leaves. But! I loved how it looked and kept it. I was growing indoors in Germany early summer season and had a pretty low rlh so it turned out just fine! The top of the fasciated bud was full with resin! The lower part of the bud wasn‘t but it still tasted well and was about 4.8 grams 
The Terps on this one were absolutely amazing they took over the whole room (had the Rainbow Melon and the Papaya Sherbet as well also very nice terps rainbow melon was really melony) but Lemon Mandarin was a mix of Melon and some of that oldschool Lemon Haze smell i really love from my days as a teenager
The one picture without the mutation was the head bud from one of the main stems.

so cool! Thanks for sharing this. I had a fasciation in my garden one time from some seeds I got from Mass Medical, but the stem was very fragile and it broken before the flower was ready. Very funny that this was your first grow. Also look like a pro same as the photos 
sry for that. I think it’s so interesting how flat the stem gets and a lot of weird side branches came out of it
