Motor710garage Summer Grow - superprem and purple squirrel tail

Hello all. A special thank you to Prempavee for creating this space to share our experience with ganja. I am feeling very lucky to have some Thai landraces in seedling stage now and I am excited to push my skills to grow them out.

I just started growing late last year with autoflower genetics. I have harvested 5 plants now from two grows, and each plant gets better! I find it to be so rewarding and grounding and honestly enjoy growing now as much as consuming, I am a designer and artist so I approach everything very carefully and strategically and this grow has been planned as a first attempt at breeding. In the US we may see a limit of seed availability so I would be very thrilled to produce some of my own from combinations I am excited about.

About this grow:

Purple squirrel tail

Superprem

Chem D x Bubba Kush x Red Maruf (xochitls seeds)

Ridgeline Rose (Whitethorn rose x Lantz)

Farah Skunk (sovereign farmers)

I also had hoped to grow Ultra Purple+ (Indica landrace, and Purest Indica from Todd McCormick) but have had some damping off due to this being my first grow trying a new start method in rapid rooters, a method I followed Mendo Dope boys doing.

My main goal is to cross Purple Squirrel Tail with Ultra Purple+ but I need more Ultra Purples to find a good male. The Thai seedlings are doing wonderful and I’m excited to transplant them into 2 gallon pots. I will be using bio all from bio365 for the 2gallon pots, then move the Thai sativas to a bigger pot with bioflower to finish them.

I’m planning to keep all female Thai seedlings to grow out in my gorilla extra tall tent. The Indicas I am keeping indoors, and the males I will keep in the basement and vent them outside. I hope to get a male of the chem d cross and ridgeline rose, and whatever magic combo I can come up with will help me get to my goal of some of my own seeds as a fun hobby project. These seeds popped June 14th. Today I decided I will be transplanting the solo cups into bigger pots and am very excited to see the roots that have developed upon my first look. I’ll post photos of the transplant process, but here is the grow as it is further along! Very healthy and vigorous. The Superprem is the furthest along, fastest to grow so far, so I’m super excited about what they will look like.

Hi again everyone.

My sativas are in the tall tent now and on the first day I had a programming malfunction with my light and they got an extra long day and got light stressed. This was right after I transferred them and topped them. Stressful couple days… but they’re bouncing back strong! The Superprem (middle) looks the most advanced and I have a favorite purple squirrel tail too.
