2nd season of preserving landrace, and this one is special! Nagar Valley, Gilgit-Baltistan, sourced from Landrace Genetics. It smells so much like the pickled ginger that you eat in between sushi. Never smelled anything like this! Really unique! This is why Landrace is so important! Everything is out in a field somewhere in the world, just to have to find it.

Cheers! I really want to do a massive preservation run in the future, and see what I can find in them! There were so many interesting ones in there. All had ginger smell, but there were some mutants and ones that interested me from the get go!
