Everybody know that I have been using Instagram a lot this last 3 years! I have begun with 30 followers and the commitment to publish at least one post or one reel everyday, to answer all messages and comments as fast as possible, actively search for new interesting contacts and make collaborations.
Personally I have choosen, also there, an organic grow. Instead of pay for boosting or AI generated content, I invested in time and research to try to understand what make the people interested about watching one video or some photos and how I should have made my content to make it interesting to be followed by others.
So at the begin it has cost me lot of time and dedication to learn how the app works, the algorithim, the psycology that grab our attention on that small screen and fast consuming content enviroment. After some time I also have invested to buy some equipment, like a professional mobile camera, a microscope, lights, microphone..
I was also following others that I considered succesful but not too trash and I tried to learn from them and to become friend with them because I was sincererly a true admirer of them and their content. So everybody look at my profile and at my “carrear” now can say that for the niche where I was and all the shadowban I can be happy of my current 45k followers, millions of views and over 1k publications
Everybody that has been fascinated by the Instagram game know how creative and pleasant can be.
But what if one day I wake up and my profile is gone?
This has happened to me more than one time. The first time, was in the very begin maybe I had around 2000 followers. I was shock and depressed, I tought that because of ganja was impossible to succed on that platform. So I opened a Youtube account and.. was the same they blocked my content and deleted me also there. So facebook. Same. that is when I decided to fight back.
I called everybody I can call and send messages and learn how to appeal and I won the appeal. My Instagram was restored but the videos on YouTube deleted forever. So I decided to focus more on Instagram because they have listened to me. But after a while when I reached 10k BLOCKED AGAIN and at 20k and at 22k and at 34k 
everytiime they told me was everything lost forever
So I did not belive them because in internet you cannot lose any data unless you phisically broken the memories so I insist and I was able to restore and I consider myself lucky of bein stubborn to never give up. At any cost I wanted my profile back because to show a plant should be not bannend should not even be age restricted, IS JUST A PLANT.
But also i know some people more strong than me that they lost the profile and they was not able to restore. So the censorship and the banning is always the nightmer of all the ganja content creators.
We all have made one or more “backup accounts”, mine is @prempavee.culprempavee.cul the more famous backup but i have other 3 less famous. I made them with the idea that if they delete my main profile I can recover some followers with the backups. But let me tell you, it didn’t work that way.
When the@prempavee.ganja blocked my @prempavee.g@prempavee.cupnja they also have blocked @prempavee.cup and all others profiles. Not every time but most times. So if they want to erase you, no matter what they can do.
Also when you upload videos to Instagram if you want to download them they add their logo and remove the sound and quality very low, so if you lost you lost.
And you lose all that time, all that connections, money and efforts in one instant. Same of an accident. You never know when can happen but it can happen very fast and you don’t know if you will be able to ever recover. Whit the difference that is not an accident: are those who are ignorant that are tring bulling those who are not.
