Its a toxic alkaloid, it will not cause hallucinations unlike other alkaloids, but it should still be on plants that go slow for modern standards but are faster influencable then a pure feral genetic
, so like master kush had a story going it was a polyploid(not sure if true),not like the tetraploids or triploids modern breeders release nowadays , so ye colchicene might trigger indeed more production of other alkaloids, cannabinoids, terps, 
now i need to ask if they putted colchicene in the s.a.g.e.

the three strains from the 70’s that were used by my mother were the original durban poision that grew wild in the state of durban in africa and the original thai buddha seed from the late 70’s and polypoids and because they were blackmarket crops those three breed ended up crossbreeding to get that affect now what i can say about wild durban poison that grew wild in the 70’s in the state of durban of africa it was said to of had strong halucagenic properties im guessing the halucagenic properties may of came from that strain, every smoker that purchased my mothers weed all cameback saying it was tripping weed and that they had strong visuals for short periods while high on it , im old school and i dont listen to these because new growers in my opinin they only look for quantity and terps and not particular affect from the cannabis plant all their looking for is thc levels so in saying that i dont listen to peoples B.S

One of the first cultivars I had was blue moonshine from DJ Short, a short squat kush plant the terps was level extreme pure candy like artificial candy flavour
Effect was first the most amazing uplifting euphoria fysical comfort like walking on cotton, then turned into narcotic like opium but better, extreme munchies
It was like pink Floyd comfortably numb
I grew it 5 years before popo raided and I got lost
My friend gave a heroin addict some puffs and he got his mind blown saying: this is way better than heroin
Not many believe me or understand when I try to explain how it was
After I lost it my life got tuned into one thing mainly and that was finding her or something similar, I used stupid amounts of money and time growing out new genetics for 15 years. After almost giving up another plant came along as a freebie from Mosca seeds he called it Sweet Tooth
As soon as the seeds started growing I could tell more robust everything looks thicker, the edges of the leaves looked sharp like I could cut myself on them
Highly resistant to most everything insect,mold etc and it was also a short kush like cultivar and also had enormous trichomes
Effect was also mind-blowing stronger felt effect than strong drugs, but this was not finely tuned like the moonshine from Mr Short
So yes I do believe you there are strains out there in the extreme level that most people never will know about
I only found two in over twenty years
I have now changed my goals only looking for natural

that was some great knowledge nevlu that you just gave me , i believe never lose hope when experimenting with growing and youre dreams will come true and eventually you will breed the holy grail of all cannabis strains and i can completely relate to you saying about the narcotic affect, its out there nevlu we just have to find it again

mum used blood n bone in her soil mix with bluemetal stone some perlite and a little goat manure and two fertilers for growing exotic garden flowers one was called Aquasol and the other was Called Thrive now one was for vegetation and the other for flowering and they were both crystal fertilisers that you mixed in water and hand watered them in 25 litre buckets twice a day because the climate was intensely hot and dry almost like tropical desert climate heat

Good indica plants certainly produce a heavy narcotic effect. Not like opium pipe dreams but narcotic nevertheless.
My strain Dien’s Golden Kush a pure indica calms and puts in check PTSD episodes and completely stops night terrors. For me all marijuana use kills my dreams.
In my case no matter the potency or effects I smoke an ounce a week. A walking hookah

Ye no nightmares, solid sleeps . Tbh i grow nearly 30 years the same strain for main medicine, im good tuned in , if i want her to be trippy, if i want her to cause good sleep, it can be all done on one cut, 1 expression can trigger many phenotypes, like all look for the grail but the holy grail is said to be a skull , its not genetic its environmental stress, survival , positive stress as i always called it … yet since 30 years nobody believes it but a few , is there no burbank topic here?

I had sage her four main expressions from 2000 to 2010 , motherplants saved of each , got robbed by pretend to be hippy people, did get in 2024 a cut from a 30 year old seed tnx to a homey and one of the sage breeders can’t credit them enough , the Universe was merciful 
inbetween i grew old regular packs but was to paranoia to save mothers, it took me a while to get over that robbery 
could not report it at police 
, in those ten years the genetic remained intact, those motherplants was holy man

I had some nice Indicas too they’re good for relaxing or sleeping, I used to erase a lot of my dreams before when I smoked a lot of flower, I do dream a lot more when I only vape or eat edibles, I usually vape concentrates and sometimes
I used to love smoking big joints but got bad lungs after a house fire

Presently smoke doesn’t trigger my throat so plenty of roaches in the ashtray. I did have to switch to tincture when the cough/gag starts - sunflower lecithin brings my world into HD 4K color. As long as my system maintains the cannibinoid level. We also make 100mg caramels. Everyone gets weed drunk on them and have to cut them in half. They do nothing for me. Go figure. . . .
